In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within the dynamic sphere of real estate, gaining insights into the workings of a top-notch private equity fund.
Working well in a team environment is critical, as you'll represent our real estate fund group with professional courtesy and acumen, ensuring the delivery of smooth work output. As an integral part of the fund team, you will regularly interact with investment, legal, and regulatory professionals within the real estate industry, as well as our fund's senior management.
This position offers great opportunity to engage with third-party service providers, aiding in the production and review of all fund goals. This includes direct involvement with investment properties within our real estate portfolio and handling the logistics therein.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Reviewing and optimizing real estate fund functions, processes, and portfolio for efficiency.
Undertaking ad hoc projects, as well as aiding in the organization and reporting of our real estate deal pipeline.
Preparing portfolio analysis, diligence packages, and conducting trend-specific research to increase performance and growth.
Compiling pertinent real estate information, fostering an environment of continuous improvement within the team.
We are looking for someone who:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrates discretion, integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
Strong team player with ability to independently manage a full workload, multi-task effectively, and respond to shifting priorities

Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing executive calendars, including scheduling/coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and real estate events.
Preparing, editing, and managing the production of correspondence, presentations, and reports related to our real estate activities. This includes conducting research and compiling information to support decision-making processes within our real estate fund.
Overseeing financial aspects such as preparing reports, budgets, and tracking expenses related to our real estate operations.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, conducting market research specifically tailored to the real estate market, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making in the realm of real estate.
Your responsibilities will involve offering insights into the residential real estate market, helping guide our real estate fund's investments. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in real estate, hold a CFA certification, and possess a degree in a relevant field.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Conducting financial analysis and modeling for residential real estate investment opportunities, including due diligence processes and valuation assessments. This also involves preparing comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and projections for our senior management.
Carrying out in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the residential real estate sector, as well as analyzing financial data from income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assisting in the creation of investment proposals and business plans for residential real estate projects.
Communicating with banks and financial institutions to discuss financing options and propose underwriting analysis for residential real estate projects.
We are looking for someone who has:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a higher degree like an MBA seen as a plus.
Required CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification coupled with proven experience in financial analysis, specifically within residential real estate.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques and valuation methodologies, backed by advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to a diverse audience, spanning both technical and non-technical stakeholders within the real estate fund.
